1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Description

Dream Visa Consultancy provides immigration advisory and application assistance services for individuals seeking Romania visas, work permits, residence permits, and related immigration services. We act as consultants and facilitators; the final decision on visa issuance rests solely with the Romanian immigration authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we strive for the highest success rate in all applications we handle, we do not and cannot guarantee visa approval. The outcome of any visa application depends entirely on the decision of the Romanian Embassy, Consulate, or relevant immigration authority. Our obligation is to ensure your application is complete, accurate, and professionally prepared.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times
  • You are responsible for providing all required documents within the specified timeframe
  • You must not submit fraudulent or falsified documents
  • You must attend scheduled embassy appointments and interviews on time
  • You are responsible for paying all applicable government fees, embassy charges, and our consultation fees

5. Fees and Payments

Our consultation fees are communicated clearly before engagement. Government and embassy fees are separate and payable directly to the respective authorities. Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in the individual service agreement signed between you and Dream Visa Consultancy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Dream Visa Consultancy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream Visa Consultancy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa rejection, processing delays by government authorities, or changes in immigration policy. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
